Student Services

We provide full and practical advice and support with housing, insurance, home-stay arrangements, recreation and travel throughout North America.
Application process
The following table shows some documents which you may need to bring to the Canadian Immigration Office in your country when you apply for a Study Permit:
- Letter of Acceptance from our school to a full-time English program with written proof that you have paid your application fees and deposit
- Certificate of medical insurance (if required)
- Proof of sufficient funds for living expenses and tuition for the time you will be in Canada (if required)
- Valid Passport
Once we have received a completed registration form, (including the required application fee and deposit), we will issue a Letter of Acceptance. This letter may be required for a Canadian Student Visa.
We are able to pick up students from the airports at Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa in order to facilitate their arrival in Canada.
Health Insurance
It is advised that all students in Canada possess health insurance in order to be sure that they can afford health services. We provide the necessary assistance to get health insurance.
Homestay
Being part of a Canadian family is an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We assist students in choosing their Homestay family. The members of the family will give you a warm welcome into their home and their family life. You will have your own furnished room, for privacy and to study, but you may join the family in activities, and in the evenings for dinner and conversation – an excellent way to practice your new language skills! Your family experience will also include your breakfast and a packed lunch, which you may eat at school. Your family, like your teachers, want your stay to be rewarding and enjoyable. Together they will give you the support and help when you need it, so that your visit is problem-free and full of warm and happy memories.
