Our institution has been granted permission to become an Official CAEL Preparation and Testing Centre. From January, 2011 we will start running our Preparation Program in Saturday and / or evening sessions.
The Preparation Program runs twice a week during an eight week session.
It prepares test takers in four areas:
- Reading Comprehension
- Writing
- Listening
- Speaking
What is the CAEL Assessment?
The Canadian Academic English Language Assessment (CAEL) is a standardized English test used for academic purposes.
The CAEL Assessment tests ability in English as it is used in Canadian universities and colleges.
The CAEL Assessment is a topic-based performance test. It comprises an integrated set of language activities. Test takers read articles, listen to a lecture, answer questions and write a short essay – all on one subject.
The most prestigious Canadian universities and colleges accept CAEL Assessment scores.
Results of tests are available as early as 15 business days after the Assessment date. Test takers receive their Score Reports by e-mail. Score Reports are also submitted directly to the universities or colleges that they have applied to- with maximum of 10 free schools submissions.
CAEL Assessment test results are valid for two years!
